What we collect

When you submit the Agentic Audit form, we collect your name, email address, and company domain. We also collect any information you provide in the audit conversation (business type, growth priorities, company size).

When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address.

When you book a call, we collect your name, email, company, and any details you share in the booking form.

We use standard web analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic patterns. This collects anonymized page view data and does not include personal identifiers.

How we use it

• To deliver your audit report via email
• To send you the newsletter (only if you subscribed)
• To follow up after an audit or booking (only with your consent)
• To improve the site and audit experience

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the services you requested (Resend for email delivery, Loops for newsletter management, Cal.com for booking).

Data retention

Audit data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can withdraw consent for newsletter communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. For all other requests, email [email protected].
